Commercial Property Digital Branding Highlights

Mapeley – Edinburgh House

Squaring our thinking: Times are still tough in the commercial property sector. So we were asked by Mapeley to give its Edinburgh House development an image refresh to help promote it to potential occupiers. Keen to exploit its enviable location just off Edinburgh’s prestigious St Andrews Square, we’ve developed a new positioning along with key messages; as well as a look and feel which has translated into a new website and brochure to emphasize its key benefits.

Millar & Bryce – 2012 Legal Awards Win

Worthy winners: We’re pleased to say that Millar & Bryce has won the Innovation Award at the 2012 Legal Awards for its digital land referencing service motion graphics film we produced to advertise its strengths. We hear the awards ceremony was fantastic. Hearty congratulations to all those who won.

AWG Property – Westside Plaza Home Bargains Opening

Trailblazing: Westside Plaza is West Edinburgh’s number one value shopping destination, with Lidl, Iceland, Poundstretcher and loads more all under one roof. Keen to push the opening of a new branch of Home Bargains, we have created an advertising, DM and social media campaign to get the news out there. Like facebook.com/WestsidePlaza for more.

Edinburgh City Council – Ratho Park Brand Positioning

Designed with everyone in mind: Ratho Park is one of Edinburgh’s newest eco-offices. So, to promote its excellent green credentials to prospective occupants, we were asked to produce a logo, website and brochure for the environmentally friendly office space. Effectively, to create a ‘brand’ for the site and give it a whole new personality, helping set it apart from the other office developments. Our campaign idea focused on those who will benefit most from the development. (And we don’t just mean the people who’ll be moving in.)

Mapeley – 200 West Regent Street Brand Update

Doing the right thing: To push potential occupants to this commercial development in Glasgow’s business district, an image refresh was desperately required. And for one main reason. Mapeley’s target group of cost-conscious, large-scale employers simply wasn’t getting the message that such an amount of space was available in such a central and well-served location. To change perceptions, we’ve created new messaging as well as a new brochure and website. For more, a quick click will take you to it.

Mapeley – Clarendon House Brand Launch

In a class of its own: With a need to drive occupiers to one of the most prestigious office addresses in Edinburgh, Mapeley, one of the UK’s largest commercial landlords, asked us to help. All our strengths came to the fore – originating the messaging, positioning, look and feel as well as marketing ideas across DM, brochure and onsite messaging. The design and build of the Clarendon House website was also key to help the offices stand out in what is, at present, a difficult and saturated market. Shepherd Developments – 21 West George Street Branding

A prime website for a prime site: With commercial property facing a tough time, letting floor space needs all the help it can get. Which is when we get involved. So we’ve given 21 West George Street a new website, logo, messaging, and a new brochure.
