GENERATION is a major, nationwide exhibition programme showcasing some of the best and most significant artists to have emerged from Scotland over the last 25 years. The programme traces the developments in art in Scotland since 1989. It shows the generation of ideas, experiences, and of world-class art on an unparalleled scale by over 100 artists in more than 60 venues. GENERATION is delivered as a partnership between the National Galleries of Scotland, Glasgow Life and Creative Scotland and is part of Culture 2014, the Glasgow 2014 Cultural Programme.
A Once in a GENERATION Opportunity
We were invited to help promote the exhibition programme across Scotland. Using an image of Scotland, brought to life with dynamic graphics and text, we helped deliver a multi-channel campaign that aims to promote the programme to audiences across Scotland. The campaign uses a range of media including press; outdoor; online; VOD pre-roll ads on STV Player, 4OD and YouTube; and digital screens playing motion graphics animations in shopping centres, city centres, train stations and airports.
The campaign is also being supported by high levels of social media activity, with traffic being driven to Twitter, Facebook and the GENERATION website by links from the VOD motion graphics animations.
